Across State Lines: Mace Signs with Orlando

The spring to fall US leagues haven’t all come to an end yet, but movement ahead of the 2026 seasons is already starting. One of those is Hailie Mace who recently announced her departure from the Kansas City Current. Yesterday, it was announced the Mace has signed with the Orlando Pride to a three year contract through the 2028 NWSL season. Mace spent the last five years with the Current where she’s second all time in appearances, starts, and minutes played both in league play and in all competitions for the club. She’s also the team’s all time leader in assists.

Another former player re-signed with his current club as former Sporting KC defender, Graham Smith re-signed with the Charleston Battery on a multi-year extension.
