Pod interview with Zorhan Bassong

Sporting Kansas City midfielder/defender Zorhan Bassong sat down for an enjoyable interview with the KC Soccer Journal. Bassong is a Canadian International and has become a fan favorite on the field for Sporting Kansas City. He is one of the players that fans can count on to give his all, play for the fans, and for the badge.

Bassong has fought to get on the game day roster and then to earn time on the field. He is versatile and plays outside back and midfield for Sporting KC but mostly as a left back for Canada.

The conversation ranged from how difficult this year has been for him and the team to what it means to play for Canada. The answer to what it would mean to be on the roster for the World Cup is great. We throw in a couple of fun questions as well for Bassong, food, off-time and more.
