The Kansas City Current clinched a home playoff game and Temwa Chawinga set another NWSL record this past week. Meanwhile in Texas, Sporting KC closed out their season on the road against FC Dallas. Here are the stats and milestones from this weekend.

KC Current

Temwa Chawinga scored against all 13 NWSL teams in one season.

Chawinga’s goal was her 21st in all competitions, breaking her tie with Lo LaBonta for 2nd all time on that list.

Debinha scored her 11th goal in league play for KC, breaking her tie with Kristen Hamilton for 4th all time on that list.

Michelle Cooper’s goal was her 5th in league play, tying her with Hailie Mace, Bia Zaneratto, and Vanessa DiBernardo for 6th all time on that list.

Cooper’s goal was her 7th in all competitions, tying her with Mace for 6th all time on that list.

In the 10th minute, Cooper passed Desiree Scott and moved into 9th place all time for minutes played in all competitions for KC. She finished the game with 3,670 minutes played.

Cooper made her 31st start in league play for KC, breaking her tie with Gabrielle Robinson and Victoria Pickett for 10th all time on that list.

Cooper and Izzy Rodriguez made their 41st start in all competitions for KC, tying them with Alex Loera for 8th all time on that list.

Vanessa DiBernardo made her 39th appearance in all competitions, breaking her tie with Robinson for 16th all time on that list.

DiBernardo and Rodriguez mad their 30th league start for KC, tying them with Robinson and Pickett for 11th all time on that list.

Desiree Scott made her 54th appearance in all competitions for KC, breaking her tie with Kristen Edmonds for 8th all time on that list.

In he 78th minute, Claire Hutton passed Rachel Corsie and moved into 18th place all time for minutes played in all competitions for KC. She finished the game with 1,804 minutes played.

Hutton made her 18th league start for KC, tying her with Darian Jenkins for 18th all time on that list.

KC NWSL

In the 14th minute, Lo LaBonta passed Nicole Barnhart and became the all time leader in minutes played for KC NWSL teams. She finished the game with 10,422 minutes played.

Debinha’s goal was her 11th in league play for KC NWSL teams, breaking her tie with Hamilton for 8th all time on that list.

It was her 18th goal in all competitions, tying her with Erika Tymrak for 6th all time on that list.

Cooper’s goal was her 7th in all competitions, tying her with Mace for 11th all time on that list.

Rodriguez and Cooper made their 41st start in all competitions for KC NWSL teams, tying them with Katie Bowen for 19th all time on that list.

Sporting KC

Daniel Salloi made his 192nd start in all competitions for KC, tying him with Johnny Russell for 12th all time on that list.

William Agada’s goal was his 21st in league play for KC, breaking his tie with Mark Chung and CJ Sapong for 15th all time on that list.

It was Agada’s 21st goal in MLS competitions, tying him with Chung and Teal Bunbury for 16th all time on that list.

It was his 24th goal in all competitions, tying him with Bunbury for 18th all time on that list.

Joaquin Fernandez’s own goal was the 4th own goal KC have conceded this season, setting a new club record.

Nemanja Radoja made his 50th appearance in league play, he’s the 82nd player to reach that mark.

Radoja made his 50th start in MLS competitions, he’s the 69th player to reach that mark.
