Sporting Kansas City had been seeming to find some level of form over the last month or so, since Andre Luiz started starting for the club. Unfortunately on Wednesday night in Nashville, Sporting KC ran up against the runaway Supporters’ Shield leaders, Nashville SC. A 4-0 loss followed a less than stellar performance from KC as they stayed at the bottom of the league, two points behind CF Montreal, who also loss.

Here are the stats and milestones from last night.

The 4 goals conceded brings Sporting’s total conceded this season to 72 in league play, breaking the club record for the most goals conceded in a single season, topping the record of 70 set in the 2025 season.

Seymour Reid made his first career MLS start.

At 18 years, 224 days, Reid became the 5th youngest player to start a league game for KC.

Reid became the 6th youngest player to start a game in all competitions for KC.

Reid and Ruben Ramos Jr became the 273rd and 274th players to start a league game for KC. They became the 295th and 296th to start a game in all competitions.

At 19 years, 265 days, Ramos became the 12th youngest player to start a league game for KC.

Ramos tied Wan Kuzain as the 15th youngest player to start a game in all competitions for KC.

Stefan Cleveland is 0 for 5 when facing penalty kicks this season. That’s tied for the 2nd most PKs faced in a single season by KC goalkeepers without a save or miss with Eric Kronberg’s 2014 season. The only goalkeeper to face more without a miss/save is Tony Meola in the 2003 season where he went 0 for 6.
