Josh Wallace

The fact that Felipe Hernandez didnt make the bench speaks volumes. I wonder if he is unhappy and plans to be traded, or released. He has been most affected by Kinda coming back and the Felipe Gutierrez signing.

jdkus11

That’s a great run, but no one in the box to be on the end of that. With the heat, we’re just not going to have a lot of guys that are able to make those long runs, so I hope we’ve adjusted our game plan accordingly.

jdkus11

That touch from Gadi was filthy

dal90

i missed it the first couple replays, wow

Josh Wallace

nutmeg backheel assist. That was just sick.

dal90

kind of a cool camera angle

jdkus11

Did Rosero just scorpion kick that to clear it?

jdkus11

Dang. Liebold has to commit to holding the line or following Herrera there. He got caught making the decision and kept him onside. That really sucks right before half.

Josh Wallace

Follow the runner, geez. Herrera literally makes a simple pass then jogs through two defenders to get it back.

Jamey

Some one please explain why Rosero is just strolling when the Dynamo score, why wouldn’t he rush in to defend?

kcrews123

What in the ballwatch was that goal? Rosero looked like he literally could not have cared less

jdkus11

Sheesh, we’ve looked asleep since the half started. We’ve gotta start putting some pressure on the backline or we’re going to get run over.

dal90

lol that guy just fouled kinda because he was pissed off with the stepovers

Josh Wallace

Just looked this up, but I had no idea that Pulido has never missed a penalty in his club career according to fbref.

jdkus11

So will we see Tzionis on his natural left side? Or is Thommy taking the LW?

Josh Wallace

He should be playing on the left right now but somehow Khiry is over there. Doesnt make any sense.

jdkus11

I really hope we see Afrifa on for Pulido to give him a break too. Think it would be best to get Kinda off the field at some point as well.

jdkus11

So funny to hear these announcers talk about the atmosphere in the stadium and how this is the most amount of fans they’ve had since the home opener as if the place is packed. Even Children’s Mercy had more people than this when we were terrible.

dal90

yikes this is some dicey defending

kcrews123

Why in the world is Pulido still on?

Ope nvm, there he went. Granted about 15 minutes too late

10 minutes of stoppage time?! I don’t know the last time I saw that much. What in the world happened to validate 10 minutes?

Terrible call. Those two literally ran into each other. This better not hurt us like the bad one at the end of the first half.

kcrews123

You’ve got to be kidding. 2 end of the half goals, more needed points thrown away. There shouldn’t have even been that much stoppage time.

dal90

woof

jdkus11

Rosero is having a bad night. That’s two goals that he’s had a big part in

kcrews123

A YELLOW FOR THAT?! That’s absolutely a red!

Then Leibold gets a yellow for voicing his displeasure with that? That’s so terrible, how can one player charge and make a shove when the ball wasn’t even in play, and get the same card as a player who says some words?

This team is a f*ing embarrassment.

Tatito

Shocker, Houston attacking 95 percent of the last 15 minutes, wouldn’t result in a stupid goal…. Good job vermes

KCSpurs1996

Wow, that’s a red all day long. It’s not like it was a push in the heat of the moment after a challenge. It was totally unprovoked, Kinda was defenseless, and it came out of nowhere. I’m really at a loss for words how the ref judges that a yellow.

dal90

and why doesn’t VAR come in????

blakeyoh

What I learned from that: as long as you don’t punch, kick, or choke someone, you won’t get a red.

kcrews123

If I’m Pulido, I’m pretty frustrated and likely ready for the season to be over so I can stop being disappointed in carrying the team’s scoring on my back.
June 3rd against Vancouver – he gets our lone goal, we give up a late goal, and leave with a point.
LAFC – we should have won on his goal. Ended up losing.
LA Galaxy – the only one to score and salvage point for us.
Tonight – 2 goals scored and we should have won, but again we give up late goals and can’t close a game, leaving with a point.

Between Vancouver on June 3rd, LAFC, and tonight, thats 7 points that were ours and then let go. If we had held the leads in those respective games, we’re in 4th place with 32 points right now, while LAFC would be in 5th at 30 points, Vancouver would be in 10th with 25, and Houston would be in 9th with 27. Instead, we’re still out of a playoff spot, with 2 more games played than most of the conference, and 3 more than the teams directly below and above us.

Don’t disagree with any of this except to say that Kinda has played a huge part as well. Those two are carrying the team’s production.

kcrews123

Oh yeah Kinda has definitely been a catalyst and has every right to be just as frustrated as Pulido. I’m just talking in terms of who is putting the ball in the net
