Haven’t made out who it is exactly, but someone is making horrendous passes in the midfield.
I have seen some from Walter, Radoja, and Thommy… it’s like a series of bad communicatuons
Agada deserves a goal. One shot at an open net blocked by a defender, a beautiful header stopped by an impressive save, then some nice footwork for a near-perfectly placed shot to the corner, just to hit the woodwork.
WELL! That was a fun first half with nothing to show for it!
Half the team still looks like they are in customs. Slow, a step behind, sloppy passes…
We have moments, but salloi should have scored, agada with another, and Leibold is looking to have more solid attempts than our front line.
I’m not feeling great about this game. It just seems like Toronto is putting on passing clinics while we are getting (un)lucky to find counter attacks.
Breathrough, at long last!
Remi’s left foot is so lethal man. Especially from that shooting position.
I will say, the most surprising thing about this match has been that Memo Rodriguez has been the best midfielder on the field for SKC.
I think part of that is he isn’t as predictable.
I agree, he looks good.
Agree 100%. Walter and Radoja, are at times one-pace players who are most comfortable passing. Rodriguez has a little more to his game. Though not elite at anything he’s good at moving off the ball, passing, and driving the ball forward.
Not all that surprising imo. He’s been solid in every appearance so far to me, and he was fantastic during his time in Houston. Not getting minutes behind Driussi and Puig last year, on bad teams that needed those dudes to find another gear, doesn’t make him a bad player. Just in a bad situation.
Is that 3 goals from outside the 18?
This isn’t sustainable, but happy we are cracking shots when we see an opening.
Vargas! Great effort. Nice to see that speed!
vargas can fly. Good lord
Vargas has so much potential as long as we can keep him
Of course though, we had to keep with tradition and let in a last second goal.
His potential is very high… I’m not sure he stays in MLS for long.
