Juice Boxes and Post Game Stats: Pair of Losses for the Comets

The Kansas City Comets had a tough pair of games this past weekend against two teams around them at the top of the MASL standings. Friday night the Comets were undermanned down in Mexico against the Chihuahua Savage falling 9-4 to the defending champions. On Sunday back in KC, the Comets fell to the visiting San Diego  Sockers 7-3, the first win by San Diego against this iteration of the Comets. The two losses bring KC’s current winless streak to three and now see them seven points adrift of the Sockers who are second in the MASL standings on 48 points. Here are the stats and milestones from the two games.
