The Kansas City Comets started the 2025-2026 MASL season with what’s becoming their traditional Thanksgiving weekend home/away series with the St. Louis Ambush. It’s the fourth time in the last five seasons that the two teams have started the season with a series of games. For the third time in the four times it’s occurred, the Comets came away with a sweep of the weekend’s games, taking Friday’s game in St. Louis 7-3 while winning in KC Saturday 8-3.
