Was that not a foul on Godoy for bodying up Melia?

Regardless, that marking was awful.

fucking zone marking…cant stand it

KCOutsider

Absolutely classic SKC “dominate the first 20 minutes then give up a random goal” match.

On the plus side, the Spanish announcer for this match has a glorious signature way of groaning when something unfortunate happens, like Davis skying a random shot or Russell taking too long. It’s a sort of “disappointed uncle shaking his head in sadness” moan that is SO expressive.

dal90

also quote-unquote domination where the other team’s GK has 0 challenging saves to make

KCOutsider

Control without threat has become another SKC hallmark.

dal90

salloi (and others) being too unselfish…take the goddamn shot

dal90

especially since it’s not exactly G Buffon in the Nashville goal

kcrews123

We look so vanilla. Another extremely important game where a win is needed, and we’re playing with the intensity of a pre-season game

Team has to come out with more energy in the second half.

We’re getting chances but missing that final touch or shot. This game isn’t out of reach.

It’s nice of Joe Willis to raise awareness of the Save the Whales campaign by growing baleen on his face.

kcrews123

We’re trying way to hard to do about 5 too many touches instead of just going towards goal

kcrews123

My word that was embarrassing. End the season already, this is a joke.
A must win game and this is what they bring to the table, at home…..

Sure would be nice if Vermes would change up something, when what they’re doing hasn’t come close to working all game.

David in the Chat

No ideas. No fight. No desire to make the playoffs.

Mister Murse

What a waste. At some point stop trying for perfect goals and just shoot the damn ball.

The list of players to move on from is growing, though ultimately the system needs to go more than any singular player.

Can we copyright the aimless cross? Because that’s definitely our specialty

KCOutsider

Little-known fact: the Aimless Cross was the symbol of St. Jude, patron saint of lost causes.

Good gracious, I bet you are quite good at trivia pursuit.
