There are still hills to climb for both Sporting KC and the KC Current, but both teams picked up big wins on Saturday night on the road to keep their slim playoff hopes alive. On Sunday, Sporting KC II struggled, and fell by a 3-2 score line for the second straight week. Here are the stats and milestones from this past weekend.

Sporting KC

In the 49th minute, Daniel Salloi passed Mo Johnston and moved into 14th place all time for league minutes played for KC. He finished the game with 12,641 minutes played.

Salloi made his 156th start in all competitions, tying him with Tony Meola for 18th all time on that list.

Tim Melia made his 239th appearance in MLS competitions, breaking his tie with Preki for 7th all time on that list.
