All three Kansas City professional teams were back in action this past weekend and it was an unbeaten but not perfect weekend as the teams went 2-0-1. On Friday night, Sporting KC II got the weekend started with a come from behind 2-1 win over Austin FC 2. On Saturday, Sporting KC and the KC Current took the field at the same time, with Sporting coming away 3-0 winners over the San Jose Earthquakes and the Current coming away with a 1-1 draw in Houston against the Houston Dash. Here are the stats and milestones form the weekend.

Sporting KC

Daniel Salloi’s goal was the 1,500th in all competitions in KC’s history.

Salloi’s goal was his 44th in league play for KC, breaking his tie with Josh Wolff and Davy Arnaud for 4th all time on that list.

It was Salloi’s 47th goal in MLS competitions, tying him with Arnaud for 4th all time on that list.

In the 7th minute, Salloi passed Mo Johnston and moved into 17th place all time for minutes played in all competitions for KC. In the 30th minute, Salloi then passed Tony Meola and moved into 16th place all time on that list. He finished the game with 14,253 minutes played.

Salloi made his 142nd start in MLS competitions, breaking his tie with Meola for 17th all time on that list.

It was Salloi’s 135th league start, breaking his tie with Ilie Sanchez for 16th all time on that list.

In the 35th minute, Tim Melia went over 20,000 minutes played in league play for KC. He’s the 6th player to reach that mark.

Melia made his 224th league appearance, tying him with Nick Garcia for 6th all time on that list.

Johnny Russell recorded his 35th league assist for KC, tying him with Arnaud for 6th all time on that list.

It was his 146th start in MLS competitions, breaking his tie with Sanchez for 15th all time on that list.

Andreu Fontas made his 100th league appearance for KC, he’s the 40th player to reach that mark.

At 33 years, 285 days Fontas became the 18th oldest player to appear in or start a game for KC in league play and in all competitions, passing Refik Sabanadzovic.

Alan Pulido made his 50th start in all competitions for KC, he’s the 72nd player to reach that mark.

Khiry Shelton made his 36th substitute appearance in league play, tying him with Salloi for 12th all time on that list.

Shelton made his 38th substitute appearance in MLS competitions, tying him with Salloi and Gerso Fernandes for 12th all time on that list.

Shelton made his 41st substitute appearance in all competitions, tying him with Fernandes for 13th all time on that list.

Marinos Tzionis made his 34th substitute appearance in league play, tying him with Fernandes for 14th all time on that list.

It was his 34th substitute appearance in MLS competitions as well, breaking his tie with Arnaud, Chance Myers, Jimmy Medranda, Chance Myers, Paul Wright and Cam Duke for 16th all time on that list.

Tzionis made his 36th substitute appearance in all competitions, tying him with Myers for 17th all time on that list.

Lo LaBonta’s goal was his 9th in league play, breaking her tie with Kristen Hamilton for 2nd all time on that list.

In the 9th minute, Kristen Hamilton passed Kristen Edmonds and moved into 3rd place all time for league minutes played for the Current. She finished the game with 3,540 minutes played.

In the 10th minute, Hailie Mace passed Edmonds and moved into 4th place all time for the Current. In the 68th minute Mace tied Hamilton for 3rd all time on that list. She finished the game with 3,540 minutes played.

In the 75th minute, Elizabeth Ball passed Amy Rodriguez and moved into 12th all time in league minutes played for KC NWSL teams. She finished the game with 3,636 minutes played.

In the 61st minute, Ball passed Lauren Holiday and moved into 10th all time for minutes played in all competitions for KC NWSL teams. She finished the game with 4,653 minutes played.

Ball made her 43rd league start for KC NWSL teams, breaking her tie with Rodriguez for 11th all time on that list.
