Johnny had to pass that to Pulido. Should be 1-0 with a pass.

kcrews123

I don’t know how he didn’t see that. Pulido was about as open as you could be in the middle of the box

David in the chat

Offside by a nose hair.

great passage of play by sporting. Excellent pass by Salloi. Good job by Thommy to find Pulido open.

Questionmark

Walter shows what you’re supposed to do when someone gives you a gift.

I’m sick…

Unbelievable. Ref botched the throw in call, then allowed play to go well past the 4 min of stoppage time

David in the chat

I guess we got the answer: can the referees actually be worse? Yes.

KCSpurs1996

Turns out there was a missed handball (by philly) as well just after that throw in was awarded

David in the chat

Plenty of missed calls. The one on Rosero where we went straight up is another good example.

that said, this team lost because we were shit on offense.

KCSpurs1996

No argument there. In spite of the bad reffing we have some stuff to figure out in attack. Personally, I think the youngsters (Agada, Afrifa, Vargas) are the answer!

kcrews123

Doing what we do best. Don’t capitalize on the chances we get, then drop the ball. The out of bounds call was majorly botched, but that doesn’t negate that the corner has to be defended. Melia has to punch that out though, not down into the box.
To cap it off, there was a few fans throwing stuff at Philly after the goal – don’t do that, it’s just embarrassing and uncalled for.

We had a minimum of 2 obvious passes that weren’t made: Russell’s with Pulido sitting unmarked st the penalty spot, then Pulido’a missed pass to whoever was running down the right wing (not sure who it was) that was unmarked. Instead he went left where there was 2-3 defenders.

Pulido ignored Johnny and tried to pass it to salloi instead.

kcrews123

Nice, so they both ignored each other on VERY obvious passes. That’s definitely thr chemistry we want in the front line.

In addition, I’ll say that throwing stuff at the players isn’t embarrassing, it’s disgraceful. There’s no reasoning that can ever justify throwing anything at any player

Chad Smith

Agreement all around from me.

Bad refs. Bad pass choices (or shooting when you should pass). And unacceptable from those folks in the Cauldron who threw things at the Philly players. I don’t care if they are taunting you.

Wes

At least last year made me realize this is who this team is, and everyone in the MLS is about to get clapped by Messi anyways

SKC looks as impotent as they did last year. Winless in 10 2x in a row? Let’s find out!

David in the chat

This seems a bit much.
