Some photos from last year…. SKC edition

After every game, at least every month, I tell myself to post some photos. Then again at the end of each year, I plan to post my best or my favorites from the season, but time gets away from me. The need to take a break, trying to make some money shooting things other than soccer, spending time with family, and trying to stay warm all take up time and focus. This year I did take the time to grab some photos from Sporting KC, SKC II, and related games/events and put them in one gallery.

I will not say these are my best from 2025, but they are some of my favorites. I easily had twice the amount gathered, but ending up streamlining the images to a more manageable amount. Again these may not be my best, they are shots that, as I looked back, I remembered for one reason or another. Snow game, images that I thought looked better as black and whites, fun or dramatic.

Yes, this is a little delayed. Better late than never?

If you enjoyed this, let me know. I will try to post a similar slideshow for the Current, the Comets, national team games, and local games as well. Let me know if I should attempt to do this every month or so throughout the year. It is a lot of work and I’m probably going to have to get a new camera and lens this year to keep it going for a while longer, but it is fun.
