Across State Lines: Ballisager Signs in Italy

Former Kansas City Current defender Stine Ballisager Pederson has a new club. The Danish international center back signed this past week with Italian club ACF Fiorentina in Italy. She made her debut for the club as well this weekend in the Supercoppa Italiana against AS Roma in a 3-1 loss.

Another former KC Current player, Hildah Magaia, also has a new club, joining Club Tijuana in Liga MX Femenil. Finally, former Sporting KC forward, Wilson Harris looks like he could be on the move as well. Harris, who scored 19 goals with Louisville City last year is linked with a move to Israeli side, Maccabi Petah Tikva. He’s been linked so much the club has Harris listed on their website like he’s already signed with the club though reports are that Louisville hasn’t agreed to the deal yet.
