Across State Lines: Freeman Loaned to Birmingham

Published

on

Former Sporting Kansas City homegrown player and Kansas City native, Tyler Freeman is on the move again. Nashville SC has loaned the forward to USL Championship side, Birmingham Legion for the remainder of the 2023 season. Freeman had yet to make his debut for Nashville, having spent most of his time with the team’s MLS Next Pro side, Huntsville City FC. He’ll now join Birmingham, who currently sit in sixth place in the twelve team USL Championship Eastern Conference. The Legion is only five points clear of the playoff line though as the season ends its final stretch. He’ll join two other former Sporting players in Birmingham, Mikey Lopez and Tyler Pasher.

Here is the rest of this week’s update.
