Across State Lines: Double Week of Updates

Published

on

A week away leads to a large update of games for former Kansas City players around the world. So here’s a double dose of updates this week. There weren’t a lot of huge updates over the past couple weeks as European seasons haven’t gotten started yet, transfer windows really haven’t heated up, and no former players were in the Euros or Copa America. There were a couple things though as four former Kansas City players are headed to the Olympics as Lynn Williams is heading to represent the US women, Gianluca Busio is on the men’s side. Elsewhere, former FC Kansas City and KC Current player, Katie Bowen is headed to the Olympics with New Zealand while former FCKC player Katrina Gorry is headed there with Australia.

Also on the women’s side, former Current forward, Mimmi Larsson is on the move again. After spending the first half of 2024 with Red Bull Leipzig in the Frauen-Bundesliga Larsson is headed back to Sweden as she has joined Djurdardens IF for their season.

Here’s this week’s double update.
