I’m just going to say, with a Severe Thunderstorm Watch in place, I’m going to be very put out if this gets postponed until tomorrow, after making the 3-hour drive here, investing in a nearby hotel, and having to return home tomorrow for other commitments.

Should be 1-0 SKC at half. The missed Gadi penalty call, the shove on Thommy that’s allowed and the ball ends up making it down the field to a Rosero header, then the missing offsides call (which if you look you can see P.Raul’s get aren’t off but is leaning with his body way offsides and unless they’ve changed the rules that’s definitely a call).
Thing is, we didn’t beat Chivas because we’re so much more superior to them. We beat them because they didn’t play well at all, and that’s why we dominated them. If they had played at their version of the level that Toluca is playing at, I don’t think we’d have walked away with a win on Monday.

I quit the club for the year! There are better teams to watch and they play at the same time (thanks AppleTV).
I’ll quietly root for losses as accumulating them more and more is the only way we can excise — an intentional word — Vermes and that’s the best thing for everyone (in my opinion).
