This should be an interesting match with both teams in vulnerable, emotional states (obviously for very different reasons). I don’t anticipate many lineup changes for Sporting, but hopefully they do some trust exercises in training this week.
Attendance has been steadily dropping for the Quakes for a while now, so I’m curious to see what the atmosphere is like on Saturday. Seats I typically pay $90+ apiece were only $33. At least the world’s longest outdoor bar (so they say) is still there.
I don’t follow the Quakes at all, what’s their situation that you’re referring to?

Thanks, I actually had followed this story on The Athletic but somehow completely spaced on it involving the Quakes (I guess since the neutral reporting focus is on RBNY). Sounds like a metaphor for them somehow.
