Interesting lineup with Agada up top. Can’t wait to see how this plays out.
This is probably the best half we’ve had thus far this season. I thought Voloder and Rosero were good and confident in the back. Radoja has been very active both breaking up play and playing out of pressure. Walter has harassed the hell out of the Galaxy midfield with his pressure too. With some better decisions in the final third, we’d be up maybe 3-4 goals, but even still this has been a great showing.
I should just turn this off. I couldn’t get home until the game started and since I’ve turned it on, we’ve let in 3. Super frustrating.
The loss brought to you by: Vermes, who needs more than 11 players?
This started well.. but it’s turned disgustingly sour far too quickly.
We started giving piug more and more space in the 60th minute. We stopped pressing as aggressively because we got tired. Then we let one, two, three, four…..
The goals weren’t a surprise, the moment was shifting as we got fatigued.
Even though one of the guys in the podcast said Piug was overrated, he plays dimes of passes into dangerous positions. Pulido had 4 turnovers on the same attempts in the first half. It was fine, until we couldn’t put away the other chances and got tired.
Let me stop you there. PV has already said that in cool weather professional players don’t get tired. So fatigue clearly wasn’t a factor.
My bad. I forgot.
I’ll review the film.
This collapse has been insane. What is like 10-15 mins and 3 goals?
Even better: 8 minutes.
Didn’t get the pleasure of watching this till the 60th min. The result isnt even a surprise
Queue the sound bite: “We sucked [for a 10 minute period]”.
