For the Glory KC is back (though it is getting harder each episode) with the 27th episode of the show.
On this week’s first episode, Sheena and I once again are forced to discuss a Sporting Kansas City loss but this time, we get to talk about a KC Current loss too. We didn’t get to watch the games live but luckily (or maybe unluckily) the games weren’t spoiled for us during our social media blackout and we suffered through both games on Sunday morning. We give our thoughts, including on this new tactical wrinkle that saw Erik Thommy lineup on the right of the midfield (though he didn’t stay there consistently) instead of the left (see tweet below for image).
#SportingKC tried something new last night flipping Felipe Hernandez and Erik Thommy. It never got a big chance to get going, but Thommy still drifted left a lot, with his average position being on top of Hernandez.#SJvSKC pic.twitter.com/OYsSEadP0k
